Ian Redpath, Founder Impatto Sport
I'm a behavioural scientist and project leader with over 13 years' experience applying behavioural science, research and innovation to practical challenges.
Prior to that I worked in Sport for Development and across the public sector.
Having worked in consultancy for many years I wanted to found a company working on fewer challenges but delivering from ideation to final solutions.
